On Friday, March 6, The City of Ventura mailed out postcards to all those affected by the Ventura River Watershed Lawsuit to inform them about the latest updates and progress in the suit, including the court’s decision to grant a six-month extension to allow property owners additional time to decide whether or not to file a response. The new deadline to file a response is Sept. 8, 2020. The City is committed to continue providing timely updates in order to ensure that property owners have access to factual information pertaining to the current settlement discussions and will continue to update this website regularly.
